Atoka Parks and Recreation offers several events throughout the year that allow food trucks and we would LOVE to have you.Below you will be able to register for all of the possible events throughout the year. You can register for one or multiple if you choose. Once you have registered, this DOES NOT mean you are approved. You will receive an e-mail from a TOWN OF ATOKA e-mail confirming your registration. We will check weekly. We want to ensure we do not get multiple trucks that are the same, etc. for some events.In order to register online, you must make payment with a debit/credit card. If you would like to pay in check or cash you will need to come register at Atoka Town Hall Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm. Please make your account before coming in to the office.SCAMMERS ALERT: You will ONLY register for events through this site. Atokaparksandrec.com. We NEVER ask for money through facebook, Venmo, etc. We WILL NOT contact you through Facebook about signing up for an event. It will ONLY be from e-mail with an @townofatoka.com domain. To register: 1. Create your account or log in into your existing account.2. Add each event into your cart. 3. Check out and will be able to put a deposit down on each event or pay in full. Each event must be paid in full a week prior to the event. 4. If you are unsure of your account information (email/password) contact Dorothy Isbell at disbell@townofatoka.com. We can send you your information. PLEASE DO NOT make a new account if you know you already have one.2024 Events: 1. Food Truck Festival- March 9th @ Nancy Lane Park- 11am to 5pm- Will allow 20-25 food trucks (will allow up to 2 of similar style menus) - Power/Water available- Event includes food trucks, merchandise/informational booths, and activities for the kids.2. Atoka BBQ Fest- April 5th & 6th @ Nancy Lane Park- Friday April 5th from 5pm-10pm- Saturday April 6th from 10am-3pm- Will allow 6-8 food trucks of (only 1 of certain style of menu)- Some power available and water available-Event includes a BBQ Competition, Kid's Zone, food trucks, merchandise/informational booths, corn hole tournament, music, Kid's Cook Off, and more!  3. Cops & Bobbers- May 18th @ Pioneer Park- 1 to 2 Food Trucks willing to do BREAKFAST only- 7am to 10am - No power or water available- Event includes a fishing rodeo with prizes.4. Pop Up Farmer's Market- 2nd Sat. each month May-Nov.- Located next to Atoka Town Hall- 8am-1pm (you can stay longer if you choose)- 1 to 2 Food Trucks ONLY- No power or water available- Please only sign up for 2 Markets MAX5. Rock the Block- August 3rd @ Walker Park- 5pm to 9pm- Six Food Trucks MAX with only 1 of certain style menu- No power or water available-Event includes food trucks, merchandise/informational booths, kid's games, bounce houses, Splash Pad, and Fireworks!9. Autumn in Atoka (Fall Food Truck Festival) October 5th @ Nancy Lane Park- 11am tp 5pm- No power or water available10. Safe Night Out (Halloween Event) @ Nancy Lane Park- 5pm to 9pm- 6 Food Trucks MAX with only 1 certain style menu- No power or water available- Event includes trick or treat stations, game stations, bounce houses, hay ride, and more!11. Atoka Tree Lighting @ Atoka Town Hall- 6pm to 9pm- Max of 3 trucks (need at least one to sell Hot Chocolate)- No power or water- Event includes a tree lighting, kid activities, the Grinch, and Santa!12. Food Truck Fridays @ Atoka Town Hall-11am to 2pm (can stay longer if you like)-Where we like to provide the employees a different lunch option close by.-Also posted and advertised throughout Tipton County for citizens to also come.-This NO CHARGE EVENT at this time.-Please request a MAX of 3 dates (we may allow you to add more later).-We like to schedule 2 a month if possible. ONLY ONE Truck each time.-No power or water available
